This website sells women's sleep and beauty products including silk sleep masks, pillowcases, bonnets, and related accessories. We are an online retail store. Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted third-party suppliers.

2. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the locations listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high demand periods. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control. Once an order is handed to the carrier, tracking information will be provided where available.

4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Due to the personal nature of sleep and beauty products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
